A complete lumber list for the bench structural framing, drawn from the final bench design. All materials are clear cedar, sourced from Dunn Lumber in Shoreline, WA. Prices were confirmed by phone in June 2026.

Purchasing notes
- Both 2×6 beams need a single continuous piece — no splices. One 8ft board per bench, trimmed to length on site.
- Each 8ft 2×4 board cuts into exactly four 24″ cross supports with zero waste — a clean division.
- For the 66″ slats: ask for 12ft stock if available — you get two 66″ pieces per board with minimal waste rather than one per 8ft board.
- 6 existing slats already on hand at 66″ — only the 6 new ones are included in this list.
